Desktop application
The desktop app stores account information and settings on your computer. It does not include advertising SDKs or analytics tracking, and it does not automatically upload your account store or diagnostic logs to the project maintainer.
Information stored locally
Local data can include Roblox usernames and user IDs, session cookies, saved passwords, notes, groups, settings, recent games, avatar images, and diagnostic logs. By default, this is saved in AccountManagerData next to the app. You can change the location with --data-dir or RAM_DATA_DIR.
Hardware encryption reads hardware identifiers on your computer to derive a local encryption key. Password encryption uses the password you choose. Hardware identifiers and encryption passwords are not sent to the maintainer. Selecting no encryption leaves saved account data unencrypted.
Exported account backups are saved to the location you choose and protected with the password you provide. Keep your account files, browser profiles, and backups secure. Roblox session cookies can be used to access your account.
Network requests and third-party services
The application makes network requests only when a feature requires them. Some checks, such as update checks and configured account validation, may run automatically when the application starts or while it is running in the background.
- Roblox: login, cookie validation, account details, avatars, presence, game information, launching, and client downloads. Requests that require authentication send the relevant session cookie or authentication information to Roblox. When you log in through the browser, the credentials you enter are sent directly to Roblox.
- GitHub: release checks and application update downloads.
- Google and Cloudflare: Auto-Rejoin connectivity checks use these services by default. You can configure alternative connectivity-check addresses.
- Optional downloads: Portable Chromium is downloaded from Google-hosted storage. Handle64 is downloaded from Microsoft Sysinternals when you request it.
- Optional integrations: the local WebSocket server exchanges commands and responses with clients you connect. If your version offers Discord webhooks, enabling them sends selected messages and any enabled screenshots to the webhook destination you configure.
These services receive normal connection information, such as your IP address, in addition to the data needed for the request. Their own privacy policies apply. User-provided scripts, custom launchers, and configured external destinations may have additional behavior.
Your controls and local retention
You can remove accounts, disable optional features, configure startup cookie checks and log retention, or use the app's Wipe All Data option. To remove remaining local data, close the app and delete its data folder. Delete exported backups and browser data separately. Local account data remains on your device until you remove it. Diagnostic logs are automatically cleaned up based on your configured retention period.
Logs may contain usernames, file paths, system information, and error details. Before sharing logs or screenshots for support, review them and redact any sensitive information.
Website
Hosting, analytics, and performance
This website is hosted on Vercel and includes Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to measure visits and page performance. They process usage and technical information such as visited URLs, referrers, browser and device information, approximate location, and performance measurements. Vercel describes these tools as using no tracking cookies. Hosting infrastructure may also process request information, including IP addresses, to deliver and protect the site.
Website analytics are separate from the desktop application. See Vercel Web Analytics privacy information, Speed Insights privacy information, and Vercel's privacy policy for provider practices and retention.
Feedback submissions
Submitting feedback sends your optional username, star rating, and message to the project team through Discord. Your username, rating, and review may be published on this website. You can leave the username blank. Do not include passwords, cookies, account files, or other private information in feedback.
The feedback endpoint uses your IP address for in-memory rate limiting to reduce abuse. It does not include that address in the feedback message sent to Discord. Feedback messages remain available to the team in Discord unless removed, contact the maintainer to request removal of a submission or a published review.
Third-party privacy policies
Contact and policy updates
For privacy questions or requests to remove feedback, contact the maintainer through a private ticket in the Discord community. Do not post sensitive account information in public channels. Report software vulnerabilities through GitHub's private vulnerability reporting when available.
